Retouch-1
This is my second retouch photo, and I feel that this was more successful than the first, because it looks real and believable. I am very happy about this picture, and it was a fast, and good looking edit.
Blemish Girl
My overall thoughts on this piece is that it looks extremely professional and that it was extremely successful. I feel that this piece is successful because it all came together. This is the after picture of our blemish girl that i retouched.

Coke Splatter
This is my paint splatter image, and my thoughts on this is that it is pretty bland considering the fact that its basic and is done in a lot of television ads; however, I do feel that this piece is very successful because it looks professionally done, and is almost flawless. I feel that everything i attempted in this project worked, and it all came out to look good in the end. The only thing I feel that did not work was the paint to the arm transition, and if i had to do this project over again, I would make sure that the paint splat and his arm matched in terms of color. The most difficult part about this assignment was filtering out the coke splatter, and I learned how to make a near flawless blend from soda splatter to a human arm.

Distant City
This is a personal project I did shortly after I did the color wheel project. This took me about an hour to do and I feel that this has been my most successful piece. This picture uses three pictures from the internet; the desert road, the sky, and the distant city. I made the beam and lightning all in Photoshop with a few simple tools. I feel that the look of this project is amazing, and that it worked out great in the end. Since I did all of this from my mind, I didn't learn anything from it, but it was great Photoshop practice.
Color Wheel
This is my color wheel project, and my thoughts on this project are that it was somewhat successful, but it could be better overall. I feel this piece is moderately successful because I did the project, I just didn't step out of the box and do something "great" with it. I feel that the overall effect worked; however, it could have been a lot more exciting, and I would put some thought and creativity into this if I had to do it again. The most difficult part about this was going through each picture and manually and changing its color because it was tedious and it took a lot of matching to be able to get it just right. I learned how to make an interesting color wheel that could be used in a ad to catch young peoples eyes.

Space Painting
This is my space painting, and my overall thoughts on this piece is that it was a wonderful success. I feel that this piece was successful because everything that I tried to do worked out, and it all came together to fit in this wonderful piece. I feel that the only thing that was missing out was the stars. The stars seem a little to small to see, but at least they are there, and if I had to do this project over again, I would make the stars just a tad more realistic. This project was extremely difficult to create, and the "RGB Lights Nebula" was the hardest part to make. I learned how to get planets from other pictures and create realistic shading on the planets (although this picture is very un-realistic).

Colorized
This is a colorized picture of a dancer. My thoughts on this picture is that it was extremely simple, and easy to make. Even though this piece was easy to make, I feel that it has a great look to it. Everything worked with this project, and I wouldn't change anything if i had to do it again. There was no real difficulty to creating this, but finding the picture would be the hardest part if I didn't have it provided for me. This piece taught me how to blend colors onto black spots on the picture, and how to turn a picture to true black and white.

Newimal
This is my project of combining two animals and putting them into one, also known as a "newimal" or a "hybrid" animal. In this picture, I combined a bear and a kangaroo, and my thoughts on this picture are that it looks amazing and it was pretty easy. I feel that this piece was successful, and that most of everything that I did in this picture worked out. The only thing that didn't work is the blending between the bear head and the kangaroo's body. If I did this project over again, I would take just a little more time blending the bear head and the kangaroo's body. The most difficult part was the blending of the two layers, even though it might look good at a glance, you can see where I took the cloning tool right by the bears neck. I have learned how to blend two things together almost seamlessly, and how to clone flawlessly.
